Erik Garcia serves as Install Manager at Grayton, bringing more than a decade of hands-on flooring experience to the team. He began his career as a tile and hardwood installer, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality craftsmanship.

Today, Erik oversees installation projects while helping guide customers through the process with clear communication and honest advice. He approaches every project with the goal of treating each customer’s home as if it were his own.
